Here at I-AM, we understand that shopping for clothes online can be tricky since you're not able to try the product on. That's why we created a simple and easy return & exchange policy.
Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
All scenarios are handled on a case-by-case basis; we will always do our best to help our customers. As for a mistake made on our part, we will cover costs to fix it.

Inventory is not held for your exchanges and can go out of stock before the exchange order is created. We recommend returning the original order as quickly as possible.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process once the warehouse has approved the return.
Standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If there are increased handling and shipping times, orders may take longer to ship out on rare occasions. Please allow at least 24 hours for package tracking.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will refund you for the item or any taxes, shipping, or handling charges.
Discounts and promotions cannot be double-applied. If an item is already discounted, additional promotions and discounts will not be eligible to be used. The greater of the two discounts will be utilized. No discounts or promotions are eligible to be used in conjunction with the Mystery Box offers or Gift Card purchases.
You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.
We do not share your personal information. We collect your information in order to serve you in the future. Please send us an email if you prefer not to have I-AM collect your information.
